The Journal Matcher idea was born out of our experiences within academia, both the positive and negative parts. We've had countless discussions with academics, students and former students who had their own and similar frustrations to us. Our aim when we created Journal Matcher was to provide specialist services to the academic sector underpinned by a strong and vibrant community. We offer various services including:
✓Placement Matcher: sourcing and creation of work placements for students.
✓Lecturer Matcher: provision of specialist guest lecturers for established courses.
✓Bespoke Training: we offer training packages tailored to meet your needs.
✓Partnerships: we are always interested in partnerships with organisations and individuals. Our most successful one to date to join the journal matcher family is the Journal Matcher Neuro Consultancy. We offer various services including specialist training and case management. We specialise in Brain Injuries, Learning Disabilities and Autism. Go the the JMNC page to find out more.
The Journal Matcher community is focused at driving open discussion about academia as a whole. We created a community for academics where you can discuss anything you want with both likeminded and dissimilar people. At Journal Matcher we don’t believe we should all agree on everything but that we should all agree to open and honest discussion.
So whether it is to find out more about the services we offer or to contribute to the community, contact us and see what Journal Matcher can do for you!
